1. The service
What you get is Orbit Catch, a no-cost arcade, together with the guide pages around it, all of which a browser can pin to a home screen. Features come and go as the game is tuned; any part may be reworked, paused or switched off without notice.
2. Free, with nothing of value inside
The app is free. Scores, best scores, profiles and player codes have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred for value or exchanged for anything, and give no right to any reward. The app takes no payments and pays nothing out.
3. No affiliation
Daman Game on daman-games.app stands alone. Other apps, firms and services that share or echo the name, real-money and prediction apps among them, have no part in it, did not approve it and cannot speak for it. Third-party marks stay with their owners.
4. Fair use
- Play and read for your own enjoyment.
- Leave the servers alone: no flooding, scraping at scale, probing or bypassing protections.
- Keep the artwork and pages ours: no re-hosting them under your own name and no borrowing the name to fool anyone.
5. Your device and your data
Profiles and scores are stored on your device, under your control. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your player code if you want to keep your profile. We cannot recover data that was cleared from a browser. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
6. Age
Players should be 18 or older.
7. No warranty
You get the app in whatever state it is in on the day you open it. Uptime, freedom from bugs and fitness for any given use are not guaranteed. Play in short sessions and take breaks, as the play responsibly page suggests.
8. Limit of responsibility
Where local law permits, liability for knock-on losses (a wiped score, an afternoon spent playing, a browser that misbehaves) is excluded, whether the trouble came from using the app or from it being down.
9. Changes to these terms
Revised terms carry a new effective date in the intro above. Playing on after a revision counts as agreeing to it.
